Personal View:
Mark focuses his legal services on litigation matters. He has special experience in agricultural and electrical litigation matters. On several occasions Mark has lectured in the areas of agricultural stray voltage claims and electricity. He has published professional articles on these topics. “Whether on the farm or in the lab, it is necessary to be mindful of the needs of the farmer and the vendors servicing agriculture today. I stay in touch with agriculture by managing my own hobby farm and reading current trade publications.” Mark is known throughout the Midwest and West as the “go to” litigator for complex agricultural disputes.
For more than 35 years, Mark’s practice has centered on personal injury claims, agricultural loss disputes, and contract litigation. From time to time, he uses his experience and skills as a mediator to assist other professionals in resolving their clients’ disputes.
And when he is not in a courtroom or the fields of his Rudolph farm, you might find Mark practicing his martial arts skills as a fifth degree black belt and assistant tae kwon do instructor for the Stevens Point YMCA. He is also an active member of the American Legion.
