Personal View:
Gary’s practice is focused on litigation and trials. “Unfortunately, disagreement is woven into the nature of our society. Finding real world, caring solutions for the problems of clients is my everyday challenge. In all matters, I strive to be a passionate, but objective litigator.”
For more than 30 years, Gary’s practice has centered on business and commercial litigation, insurance claims, and creditor actions, including foreclosures, bankruptcy and collections. With an eye to the underlying cause and cure of disputes, he approaches the problems of his clients with the skill of a surgeon.
More than a seasoned trial attorney, Gary has a personal, caring facet to his everyday life. He is active with his church and the Central Wisconsin Symphony Orchestra. He is the Chancellor (attorney) for the Episcopal Diocese of Fond du Lac. After the Hurricane Katrina disaster, Gary helped to organize and participated in mission trips to provide assistance to the victims in New Orleans, Louisiana.
